My name is Lindsey McLean, and I am the owner of Living Solutions Plus! I am a certified and licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L) and a certified Home Safety and Accessibility Therapist (HAST).

I have always had a passion for helping people, and I believe the best way to do that is to increase quality of life for people in their own homes. Whether you want to be proactive in your aging or disability, returning home from the hospital or rehabilitation facility with a new injury or disability, or want a better quality of life while living with a health condition, I can help!

With our primary goal being fall prevention for seniors, our purpose at Living Solutions Plus is to provide quality occupational therapy and physical therapy in the form of home assessment, home modification, education, in-home outpatient therapy, and specialized neurological programs (LSVT BIG). This assists the aging population to achieve independence in all daily activities, minimize declines associated with aging and other disabilities, and allow people to prosper in their homes, the homes of caregivers, independent and assisted living facilities.

When it comes to home modifications, we will work with a builder or contractor of your choice to complete your project. And, we will remain involved in the project from start to finish. We provide the medical knowledge and occupational therapy skills for environmental modifications, and provide training on all changes and equipment once they are complete!

We come directly to your home to evaluate your physical limitations and your home, then devise a plan and provide recommendations to make you home environment work for YOU! Whether you need simple modifications, such as clutter removal, light installation, or grab bars in your bathroom, or you have a more complicated project, such as ramps or whole-room safety/accessibility renovations, we possess the knowledge to deliver lasting changes that are custom for for you and your home.
